Quinta: A New Data Source for Paraty Tech’s Lead Panel

See Quinta in action! Get to know Velma

Thanks to the new integration with Quinta (Quintessence of Data), the Paraty Tech Lead Panel now captures leads originated from user interactions with Velma, Quinta’s AI-powered conversational agent. Velma captures and qualifies booking leads across multiple channels, including website chat, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.

The Paraty Tech Lead Panel is designed to turn purchase intent into actual bookings. It identifies demand that slips away before reaching your booking engine, organizes those opportunities by priority, and helps you take action to recover them. It also gives you access to Ring2Travel’s outbound campaign service, allowing their agents to support your lead recovery strategy.

Until now, the Lead Panel was fed by Paraty Tech’s own data sources, including loyalty programs, the booking engine, BI, Rescue Seeker, Call Seeker, Paraty AI Webchat, and more. From now on, Quinta customers will benefit from a powerful new source of qualified leads.

Velma Joins the Lead Panel

So, what changes in practice?

Whenever a traveler starts a conversation with Velma through any supported channel but leaves before completing their booking, that lead is automatically transferred to the Lead Panel. Along with the lead, the hotel receives all the contextual information gathered during the conversation, including stay dates, room preferences, language, and the full conversation history.

This is far more than just another contact. It is a qualified lead with valuable context. Hoteliers know who the traveler is, what they were looking for, and how to engage them. Recovery conversations are no longer cold outreach—they become relevant, personalized follow-ups.

“Travelers who have already interacted with an AI assistant and demonstrated booking intent are among the most valuable leads a hotel can have. Receiving these leads together with the full conversation context allows us to deliver more relevant, personalized sales reengagement and achieve higher conversion rates,” says Antonio Granados, Operations Director at Ring2Travel.

How Does the Lead Panel Work?

The Lead Panel automatically collects data from users who have interacted with your booking engine and displays it in an accessible dashboard, available both within Paraty Hotel Manager and Call Seeker, Ring2Travel’s lead management platform.

Its workflow is simple yet highly effective:

  • Capture the data. Every piece of information shared by the traveler is collected—from name, email, phone number, and country of origin to loyalty membership details whenever available.
  • Filter and prioritize. An intelligent filtering system categorizes leads by importance, using visual indicators and providing a quick overview of activity from the previous week.
  • Trigger follow-up actions. Four hours after the interaction, the lead automatically receives an email containing a link to their original search. From there, hotel teams can update lead status, add notes, and launch outbound recovery campaigns.

Why It Works: The Guest Has Already Shown Booking Intent

The guest’s position in the booking journey is the key to the Lead Panel’s effectiveness. Recovering travelers who have already reached the bottom of the booking funnel offers three major advantages:

  • Higher effectiveness. The guest was only one step away from confirming the booking.
  • Greater urgency. The shorter the booking window, the higher the likelihood of conversion.
  • Better profitability. Intelligent filters allow teams to prioritize the highest-value and most time-sensitive bookings.

Now, with Velma contributing qualified, context-rich leads, these recovery campaigns become even more powerful.

Available Now for Call Seeker Customers

The Lead Panel and the new integration with Quinta’s Velma are available immediately for Call Seeker customers, creating a seamless connection between lead generation and lead recovery.

The goal is simple: to give hotels even more tools to maximize the performance of their direct booking channel.

For years, the hospitality industry has focused primarily on completed bookings. But significant revenue also lies in the bookings that almost happened. A guest who came close to booking isn’t a lost opportunity—it’s a sale waiting to be recovered.
