01 What is Q-I ? and what is the role of Q-I in hospitality?

Q-I is the artificial intelligence engine designed specifically for the hotel industry. It is the operational AI that powers Velma, among other things. Where Velma interacts with the guest, Q-I analyzes intent, queries real-time data via Q-Data, selects the right process, and executes the request end-to-end. Result: every interaction becomes a concrete action, an operational task, and/or usable data.


02 How does Q-I differ from other hotel AIs?

Q-I has been trained since 2017 on millions of real conversations across thousands of hotels. Q-I automatically executes 62 different operational processes (booking, housekeeping, spa, billing, MICE…), while most other market solutions stop at just one.

With Q-I the % of hallucinations is extremely low thanks to a detailed structured and well managed database via Q-Data, and there is no pre-training required on the part of the hotel.

03 Which hotel systems does Q-I integrate with?
