By partnering with Quinta, H-Hotels.com is able to launch a virtual assistant Velma powered by artificial intelligence, allowing guests to book their stays directly and receive instant answers to their questions 24/7 in 30+ languages. Conversations that require human attention are fast-tracked to customer service staff.
